Good news! We are now using our own "home-grown" web-based court reservation system. This was deemed to be a success, and is saving the community $1,200 per year! The new system is on-line and is in current use. ANY resident, visitor, or renter in Herons Glen can use our system to reserve a court.

There are three ways to reach the court reservations web page ...
• Click on the HGTA tennis ball at the top of this section.
• Login to the Herons Glen Recreation District web Site. In the navigation pane on the left of the screen, click on the Reserve Tennis Courts button.
• Enter the following URL into your Internet browser's address line. HGTennis.com/NewHGTennis/TennisCourtReservation.asp

• The schedule provides the capability to reserve courts up to 7 days in the future.
• However, the schedule is printed each day at 3:00PM four days in advance.
• At that point it is posted on the courts bulletin board.
• Therefore for the days from today up to 4 days from today, you cannot reserve a court electronically.
• To reserve a court for this time period, you must go to the courts bulletin board, and physically sign-up for a court by entering your name in the time period and for the court you wish to reserve.
• We ask that if you forsee that you can no longer use the court you have reserved, you release your court. If still within the electronic range, go to RESERVE COURTS and follow the instructions. If your reservation has been posted on the courts bulletin board, please go to the board and manually indicate the release.
• We ask that no more than 2 courts be scheduled by an individual in a single day, and no time period be longer than 90 minutes.
• Thank you for your co-operation and use of this system.
